150 Virginia 195 Richmond, Virginia - Shockoe SlipThis has been previously reported but it was never fixed. At the pipeline overlook and the floodwall opening, there is constant standing water in the roadway. Right now it is ice and a hazard to cars and people. A small drainage swale is needed to drain the water away from this area.

Graffiti ArchivedOregon Hill Richmond, Virginia - Oregon Hill
Numerous graffiti tags underneath the Lee Bridge on the North side of the bridge. The tagged columns and the beam closest to the ground.
The tag vandal "ACRES" also tagged the southern railway trestle near the pipeline rapid and the abandoned buildings near the floodwall and the 14th Street bridge on southside. This took him a significant amount of time to do given the size.

310 S 14th St Richmond, Virginia - Richmond Precinct 1
For the last two weeks, people have been tent camping on the JRPS pipeline walk. They are trashing the area up with garbage, urinating and defecating in the open.
This is a public park used by a lot of people. The destruction and waste should not be permitted.

Non-functioning Street Lights Archived1101 Haxall Point Richmond, Virginia - Central Office
Along the canal walk from Casa del Barco and going west to the end of Brown's Island, there are a number of decorative street lights that are non-functioning (burned out) or so filled with bugs and spider webs that they barely put out any light.
Can these be fixed and cleaned?
Thank you.

The canal is filthy. Archived1101 Haxall Point Richmond Virginia - Richmond Precinct 1
The canal is filled with organic growth and plants. In front of Casa Del Barco it looks like a cesspool. It smells like one as well. There is a huge amount of debris caught in the catch fence at the terminus of the canal.
It is disgusting looking. And we want people to come and visit this area why?
