    The back and front yards of 3111 E. Broad Street are overgrown. Weeds in the back yard about 12 inches deep.

    The owner of 3113 E. Broad Street has dumped construction debris in the alley behind 3111 E. Broad Street. There is an old bulk pickup permit posted on a nearby tree but I believe it is expired. This house continues to be a blight on the neighborhood.

    The lot at the corner of 32nd and Marshall Streets is overgrown with grass and weeds and it has a lot of trash on the lot. The sidewalk along the Marshall Street side of the lot is also overgrown with weeds.

    The yard behind 3111 E. Broad Street is overgrown with weeds more that 1 foot deep.

    The back yard of the house has a debris shoot that was built 10 or more years ago for renovating the house but it has never been used and does not appear to be imminently used. If the house is not going to be worked on then the shoot should be removed.

    The front of 3111 E. Broad Street continues to be a blight on the local neighborhood. There is is no decking on the porch. the structural members of the porch are completely rotted, The upstairs windows are about to fall out of the brickwork.

    This owner according to city records has owned this house for about 20 years. When is the city going to do something about this situation.

    3113 E. Broad Street continues top be a neighborhood nuisance. It was recently reported that there was construction and tree debris in the yard of 3113 E. Broad Street. City of Richmond brought this to the attention of the owner. The owners solution was to move this material from the yard into the alley behind 3111 and 3113 E. Broad Street. The city trash collection will not pick this material up as it is not in a supercan. (see attached picture)

    Currently the front door is not secured and one of the upstairs front windows appears to be either broken or partially open.

    The street drain across from 340 E. Broad street is clogged. Every time it rains water stands for a couple of days. See attached picture

    3113 . Broad Street continues to be a nuisance to the neighborhood. two months ago the owner had the front decking ripped up and then put up a piece of plywood with a no trespassing sign. This is completely ugly. the falling apart deck looked better. This appears to be an attempt by the owner to make the city think they are doing something with this house. this house has been vacant and boarded up for at least 10 years. can the city not do any thing about this house. There are plenty of people who would love to buy and do something with this house. picture attached.

    3113 E. Broad Street continues to be a nuisance to the neighborhood. Two months ago the owner had the flooring in the deck taken off and then put up plywood with a "no trespassing" sign. All the debris from the deck was thrown in the side yard. This has been like this for two months now. see photos
