Light fixture and globe is on the ground, glass broken

Brush debris pick up needed at Jefferson Park. The debris has been awaiting pickup since April '16. Three piles: Cedar and Marshall, at the park's Cedar entrance, and two on Marshall street between 20th and Cedar.

Illegal dumping in Jefferson Park. Trash bag located in western portion of the park, adjacent to the second landing on the stairs from the park's Cedar Street entrance.

Graffiti in Jefferson Park. Widespread graffiti on block walls, steps, and landing areas on the western portion of Jefferson Park. The graffiti is in the same region as an existing SCF ticket for the same issue.

Lamp post globe knocked loose. The light is located in Jefferson Park at the Jefferson Ave. entrance.

Post lamp vandalized in Jefferson Park. It is located near the fountain. This light was reported earlier as a non-functioning light. The globe and light fixture have since been knocked over. The globe appears to be close to falling.

Graffiti in Jefferson Park. Spray paint graffiti on the block wall on the western portion of the park facing Marshall Street.

A metal enclosure housing an electrical outlet is dented and difficult to close/lock. The box is located in Jefferson Park near the park house and the Princess Anne Ave entrance.

One of Jefferson Park's park rules / "PawPal" signs was hit and is in need of repair. The sign is located to the left of the base of the steps at the park's Jefferson Ave and 21 St entrance.

The electrical door at the base of a light pole is loose and not properly secured. The pole is located to the left at the stairs at the Jefferson Ave and 21st Street park entrance.

There is graffiti on three locations on and near the Jefferson Park bandstand. On the stage platform, right column, the brick wall behind the stage, and on the concrete pad in front of the bandstand. See comments for additional images.

There is graffiti on the riser steps of the top portion of the western hillside stairs.

There are clusters of litter, including illegal dumping, on the western side of Jefferson Park. Piles of debris can be located in at least five locations near the western access road, Cedar & Marshall entrance, and the western hillside steps.

The super can located at the top of the western stairs on the fitness trail is no longer tethered. The can has overturned and the contents of the can have spilled over onto the adjacent steps and hillside.
