Gray Volkswagon Jetta with VA tag "VVH-6941" has been parked in front of 309 and 311 N 22nd St for several weeks. The car is parked in an odd spot (with odd spacing between other cars and the curb). Other neighbors have noticed the vehicle but none know the owner.
