Description

There is a pothole and track damage at the rail road crossing on Williamsburg Ave coming off of main and going towards Hatcher St. Just in front of the Stone Brewery. Monday night 3/17/17 I hit the pot hole and track and flattened my tire then yesterday 3/19/17 I witnessed three other vehicles with flat tires at the same location. This is a major road hazard. How do I submit a claim to Richmond center to be reimbursed for damages? Thanks, Christal Vass
