Street Lights can not repair lights at this time due to the ground softness. The heavy Utility trucks can not get to the lights. they will be repaired as soon as the ground hardens up. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Changed 150w 240v upright ballast.

The resolution comment indicates a singular bulb was replaced. All four lights alongside the western hillside steps were out. Three were completely out and a fourth on the second tier flickered on and off. All went out simultaneously. Were all four lights repaired? Thanks

Three of the four lights are still out. The fourth was repaired. The three that are closest to Jefferson Park's Marshall Street entrance are not functioning. See attached images.

These lights are maintained by City of Richmond Department of Parks and Recreation. Today, Wednesday, March 30th these lights have been repaired as per Ms. Kamia Whitaker, Department of Parks and Recreations. Thank you.
