    A large dead elm tree is next to Poe's Pub and is located on the edge of Libby Hill Park. If the tree loses limbs during high winds, it could hit Poe's Pub's roof or, potentially, hit citizens on the path in the park. The tree needs to be cut down.

    Across from 2812 East Franklin Street on the edge of Libby Hill Park, a large branch from an old elm tree has been pulled down near the ground by children. A city arborist needs to immediately determine if the branch can fall.

    The sodium vapor light recently replaced at the Libby Hill Park signage-near the fountain still is staying on for 51 seconds and then clicking off for about 38 seconds. All night long. Must be something other than the light itself. Thanks for checking this out again.

    At 2822 E. Franklin Street in a tree well, I have discovered an old gas shut off value next to where a tree cut down 3 months ago. This value was in a large patch of monkey grass and was missed by the utility marking service. Fortunately, the stump grinder missed the value. I believe this valve is useless and forgotten and someone needs to confirm its value. A tree is scheduled to be planted in November in this tree well.
