Description

A metal sewage pipe cover on the brick sidewalk directly in front of 3007 E. Marshall St. has been steadily flowing water for WEEKS. The sidewalk is continuously under water. I don't know if it's city water, sewage water, a mix, or what it is, but when frozen, people will start to fall. It's also very unpleasant for sewer water to be puddled all over the sidewalk.
