The weeds on Marshall and the overgrown lot across from the Montessori school have been on this system for months. My intuition tells me that the city isn't going to do anything about it until we get a new Mayor and someone who knows how to budget. The incompetence of this city would make my jaw hang open if it weren't for Petersburg making Richmond seem acceptable. We will have to wait until Winter for that road to be a two lane street again.
